As part of my research for my thriller I decided to watch past work by students last year.
I watched one by Charlotte Cockle and Nicole Guy.
I liked the film, and the concept was a good idea. However towards the beginning, the acting of one the film's actors made the film lose some believability. This illustrated to me, that it is necessary to have good actors in your film.
The murder scenes were good, although there wasn't near enough blood, which made me think that perhaps rather than showing the actual murder, it'd be good to actually just imply that a murder has taken place.
The music was also very fitting, and a good choice to use in a thriller intro.
A good use of different camera shots, and angles was consistent throughout the film, and I think the final product came out well.
